Hershey's dark still has a ton of sugar in it, so it's really not that healthy. It is in fact different from a pure dark chocolate. A health dark chocolate has a high amount of pure chocolate, not so much sugar (will taste semi-sweet) and it will state it on the label (like "80% cacao"). A good brand is CocoVia (you can find at grocery stores) or maybe a high-end chocolate like Ghiradeli.
