What makes stoli elite vodka so ultra premium?

I'm a bartender trying to sell this "ultra premium" vodka at $20 a martini vs. $13 for Goose! I cannot find any info on this new ultra expensive product (including the stoli website). I want to know what makes it soooo much more expensive then the million other vodkas out there?!!! The bottle's only info is five times distilled (yeah, yeah, yeah...) and wheat vodka. Please help...
