Hello...does anyone know anything abt the singapore special operations tactics centre unit in the army?

hu...my friend jus got his enlistment letter and he is posted to the special operations tactics centre unit...he does not have a clue abt it so he wants to know more abt it and what is it abt..... people which information abt this please help thank u...apparently this unit is in pasir ris camp
