Is it possible to have a twin out there that im not related to?

i know, i know, another twin out there in the world question. i used to think they were all b.s. until yesterday. I was reading a national geographic when i came across this article on jamestown. well i was looking through it and saw this picture. well in the picture was someone who looked exactly like me! it was like i was there but have never been to jamestown. so anyone else have something similar happen? and is it possible?
