Splish Splash Water park Lifeguard?

I am thinking about getting a job at Spilsh Splash Water Park next summer but I wanted to know how much it would cost to get certified. I would need an Ellis and ociates Certification. Would Spilsh Splash pay for it or me? The job itself pays $8-$8.50 an hour. Is it worth it? Thanks!
