What kind of lizard (HELP)?

i need help figuring out which reptile would be easier for a beginner reptile. i have kept fish and a dog and cats. i want either red eyed crocodile skinks, a fire skink, or something of the sort. i need to know breeding tips, feeding, care, lighting , heat, cleaning, handling and all that stuff. please tell me more types which are easy or fun to keep. i like skinks, or medium sized lizards. and i want them to be captive bred and like to be handled. also i need to know if they need uv lighting. also suggest snakes that dont need to be fed rodents. please tell me personal expirience also
