New place...new school...feel like a stranger all the time?

I recently moved to Ontario from Kuwait and I'm missing Kuwait like hell. I joined a school here and my first day was on 23rd of this month, nobody introduced me to the cl and the teacher did not even tell what topic were we doing.( in my old school if some new student joins in the middle of the semester then the guidance counselor would introduce him/her to the students, all the teachers and tell how and what is to be done) but over here, nothing like that happened, nothing is organized........i feel so lonely,bad and homesick..i miss my old place:(.....
