Need advice to buy the best phone?

I'm from India.I have a motoming A1200 and its old now and i'm planning on buying a new phone under 6000rs.I like my A1200 because it was fun to use it.u never get bored.It was not good at mp3 like sony or at camera like nokia but since it was linux u culd customise it often and u get lots of good softwares.So i need a pda either linux of windows.Plz advice on one like htc or anything...it shuld have good built quality and sound..plz do say any disadvantages of the phone u r suggesting
