What is the cause of Fever, Strong Headache , Unstable Stomach?

It's been 4 days now and I have a very painfull headache with a high tempreture. I went to 2 doctors but withno success I guess the main reason for this is something in my stomach as it's not stable at all and that cause vomiting. Any help Please?
