My cat veronica her left ear is like inflated?

my cat veronica has just had 5 kittens veronica was scratching at the door to get out so I let her out and when she came back her ear is like inflated and heavy like it's filled with liquid and she doesn't let any body toutch it though. She doesn't seem to be in pain thogh.
