Did the Satellite really pose a danger-Or Was this A U.S. Space Weapons Test that could Escalate an Arms Race?

it did pose a danger. that is why we eliminated the risk. after a direct hit, the russians and the chinese, and even the north koreans were like " crap!!! we better get back to the drawing board". i can see where you think this will cause an arms race; but the countries stated above are currently in dire straits and know that any attempts to design similar missles/rockets will be in vain.
