Do you know any raw Oyster Bars that have a good selection of wine and cheeses in the Los Angeles area?

Well first of all I would advise taking a trip to New Orleans and hitting the French Quarter. I used to live about an hour out of there in Gulfport Mississippi and there is nothing like what you get out there. I have heard too many horror stories about the bars out here to brave one yet that has them raw. I'm usually very adventurous and fearless when it comes to risky foods but that is one I will probably not be trying any time soon while in Cali. You can have them over nighted on ice from New Orleans and learning to shuck them with a few of your favorite bottles from your local Bev-Mo can be a great evening. That's how I got my girlfriend to try it. By the way, while your at it you might want to try the alligator. I'm a California man born and raised but that is a very tasty meat to order while you are at it. Good luck!
