HELP!!! can i get this girl or not?? What can I do?? She's smart, attractive, and playful?

Usually at parties when i meet a girl, i can get them to like me/get physical, within an hour or two, but yesterday i met this girl, and she has me intrigued. I talked to all her friends except her, was the center of attention for all the girls, and i ignored her. Finally i paid attention to her, and took her to a private corner, taking her by her hand. When we got to a private dark corner, i sat her down next to me, and the whole time we held hands, i had my hand around her. I told her a funny story, we talked about relationships, and it was so obvious she was into me. When i squeezed her hand, she squeezed back, she kept brushing her hair, she gave me full eye contact, light touching etc... so later i led her to the dance floor, we danced and as we danced i kissed her on her neck, and i usually move up to the mouth, but as soon as i did that, she moved her neck away, and later told me she was not comfortable. She is a challenge, does she like me?? SHe seems conservative, can i cont?
